 Diane Schaefer is a Certified Exchange
Specialist® accredited by the Federation of Exchange Accomodators, as well as the Owner/President of Exchange
Solutions, Inc. A corporation dedicated to servicing clients who are in need of IRC 1031 Exchanges. Diane has 20 years
experience with tax deferred exchanges and has built a large loyal customer base through exceptional service and trust. Prior
to this venture, Ms. Schaefer, former President of First American Exchange Corporation, managed the corporation's financial
budget and serviced production during her 13 years with the exchange company. Diane is currently utilizing her experience and
quality customer service philosophy to continue her success within her own company. "It's about the client, not the title
premiums".
Melissa Beck, Exchange Coordinator, had played an intricate part in establishing ESI's expansive client base with her superior customer service skills, efficient and pleasant manner. Prior to Ms. Beck's employment at ESI, she had been an Exchange Coordinator and Assistant Vice President of a national leading underwriter's exchange group for four years. Her employment also had her working for a major underwriter's tax department. Melissa is most regarded for her "hand holding" during clients initial exchange transactions and patience for explaining the procedures of IRC 1031.
 Kim Rincones started at Exchange Solutions, Inc. in April 2006 as an Exchange Coordinator. Prior to coming to Exchange Solutions, Inc., Kim, former litigation specialist, has worked for two leading insurance companies, AIG and Chubb & Son Insurance Company. Ms. Rincones has an advanced knowledge and skill in various business line products, such as Personal and Commercial Auto Insurance, Home Owners Insurance and Commercial Insurance policies. Kim was responsible for handling non-litigated
and litigated claims to assure a cost-effective resolution. She has strong negotiation and customer service skills; assets that form the foundation of Exchange Solutions, Inc.
Arielle was rescued by Diane Schaefer in July 2009 from Herding Dog Rescue. She is an affectionate, cuddly Sheppard Collie Mix who was looking for a home after being found on the Belt Parkway and picked up by the Brooklyn Animal Cops. Diane immediately fell in love and gave her a home. Arielle is loving and her favorite thing to do is take long walks and eat carrots. When she visits Aunt Fran and Aunt Kim at Exchange Solutions, she behaves exceptionally and loves to “work”.
