About Us
 Diane Schaefer is a Certified Exchange
Specialist® accredited by the Federation of Exchange Accomodators, as well as the Owner/President of Exchange
Solutions, Inc. A corporation dedicated to servicing clients who are in need of IRC 1031 Exchanges. Diane has 16 years
experience with tax deferred exchanges and has built a large loyal customer base through exceptional service and trust. Prior
to this venture, Ms. Schaefer, former President of First American Exchange Corporation, managed the corporation's financial
budget and serviced production during her 13 years with the exchange company. Diane is currently utilizing her experience and
quality customer service philosophy to continue her success within her own company. "It's about the client, not the title
premiums".
Melissa Gore f/k/a Melissa Beck is Vice President/Office Manager for Exchange Solutions, Inc. Melissa had
played an intricate part in establishing ESI's expansive client base with her superior customer service skills, efficient and
pleasant manner. Prior to Ms. Beck's employment at ESI, she had been an Exchange Coordinator and Assistant Vice President of a
national leading underwriter's exchange group for four years. Her employment also had her working for a major underwriter's
tax department. Melissa is most regarded for her "hand holding" during clients initial exchange transactions and patience for
explaining the procedures of IRC 1031.
 Frances Picone has joined Exchange Solutions, Inc. in June of 2005 to take on the role as Senior Exchange Coordinator. In 2008, Frances earned her accreditation as a Certified Exchange Specialist®, sponsored by Federation of Exchange Accommodators. She has successfully structured over a thousand tax-deferred exchanges.
Prior to Miss Picone’s employment at ESI, she devoted her studies as a business student at The American University and Farmingdale State College. Frances received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and has a strong background in real estate and accounting. Along with these credentials, Frances has demonstrated to her clients a quality product and compliance of IRC Section 1031. She continues to take her career to a higher level and has added to the expansion of ESI and the success of her colleagues.
Miss Picone is also a Certified Paralegal, practicing Real Estate sales agent and Notary Public. She is an active member of the New York State Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors®, Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), Melville Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), Garden City Young Professionals (GCYP), Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG) New Generation, The Retail Network (TRN) and CoreNet.
